Sometimes things are just meant to be even if we humans don't see it at first.

Bella is co-owned by a long-time Terv fancier who we've known for years... she still has our late Saba's littersister!  Sandy was interested in this litter from the beginning & was especially taken with this pup, but the timing was not good for her and regretfully she decided to pass.  Bella was sold to a family in PA who much to their credit, realized they were in over their heads with an energetic young son and puppy who was even more so!  Bella came back to me about two weeks after she'd left, she just had some extensive socialization experience and now adores kids!!  (thanks Matt & Melissa!)  When Sandy found out she was back, that was it!  This was surely meant to be after all!  The die was cast and about a week later she began her life in MA.

Bella is pictured above with Sandy's granddaughter who she adores...and I daresay the feeling is mutual!  Bella is in training for the showring and has a puppy group 2 and an adult group 1 to her credit.

I had entered Bella in the 2nd annual Not Your Average Dog Show event held by our local community college as fund raiser. I had entered her in Cutest puppy and Most Affectionate Puppy .

Bella received a Honorable Mention award in the Most Affectionate puppyclass out of about 25 pups. As we went around the ring and were standing around, she went up to any kid that was in reach. If they acted the least bit interested in her, she started wagging her tail, would lean up against them for petting and so gently give little "kisses".  Then she was playing with a little Toy mix pup that must weighed all of two lbs. He kept trying to play with her so Bella laid down in order to play better with him.

I just thought it was kind of funny, how in the first class the judges would come by, but hesitate to pet her although they were petting the other pups.  I guess we are so used to these Terv faces that we do not realize how fearsome they can look to others. After they saw Bella approaching all the kids and playing with the little pup, some of the judges came back to visit with her.
