Tonga comes to us from Sweden and kennel Kiosan.  He finished his AKC Ch handily with three majors, but his best achievement so far was attaining his Therapy Dog certification at the tender age of 1 year. 

He's a goofy male, more Golden Retriever in character and that suits us just fine!  

Tonga lives with fellow Tervs, Rem & Talon about an hour or so South of us.  We are excited about this handsome young dog's future and proud to co-own him!

Tonga CERF'd clear in April 2007 and is OFA Good (hips) and Clear (elbows)
Thyroid will be re-tested as the first results were equivocal - he was taking Cyruta at the time of the blood draw (his owners are into homeopathies).  We discovered that Cyruta does have unintentional side effects, so he no longer receives it.
