 Our red ribbon girl -- we called her 'Judy' for her singing skills, but she's now Lacie Garcia and resides in New York with her new family.   The Garcia's also own 'Brandy' a sweet Belgian Sheepdog female and you really could say that Brandy chose Lacie!!
