"OK, well then, this litter is a week old today!" Here's a little update.

MamaSpice whelped all 6 puppies easily in just over 2.5 hours EARLY Tuesday morning, 3/29. Her appetite is hardy, attitude is glowing, and her desire to exercise very good. She is already taking short breaks from her brood for
exercise, food (lots) and fresh air.

The pups have all shown consistent weight gain proportionately per birth weight. The birth order was PinkGirl 1st, GreenGirl 2nd, BlueBoy 3rd, RedGirl 4th, PurpleGirl 5th and HotPinkGirl 6th.   BlueBoy no longer wears his ribbon preferring not to mess with his "showcoat":)      He is easily recognized by the darker base color and stunning black mask. Bonny and I have joked a bit about starting a Terv modeling agency:) 'cuz the Girls are soooooo beautiful!

It's been a remarkable, fulfilling week for us all. The pups are robust, the dam's in good health, and we can hardly wait to watch their young eyes open.
